Which CRM systems are supported?

BookMe supports the CRM systems our users use e.g. Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Which email systems are supported?

BookMe supports customers the email systems you use e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Google Mail, etc.

How is personal data handled?

BookMe does not store any personal information about its customers.

What types of customers are supported?

BookMe can be used on all types of customer types, and also supports meetings out of the house i.e. meetings at the customer's place.

How to manage access to employees and meeting rooms?

It is handled via given permissions from your Microsof Azure Entra AD setup.

What channels can meetings be booked through?

You control this yourself as a customer, but BookMe supports that your customers book meetings via employee, website, mobile app, etc.
